AI and ET registrations are reviewed like any other — the method is noted on the animal's permanent record.

Tick this for imported or foundation stock whose parents are not recorded anywhere and never will be. If a parent is registered with another association, use Registered elsewhere on the animal’s page instead — the line starts with them, not with this animal. The family tree stops at this animal with a founder badge instead of showing empty parent slots, and it is left out of the pedigree-gaps queue. Leave it unticked if the parents are simply unknown to you — that is a gap someone may be able to fill.
